Engineering Support

We can provide the process engineering components required for greenfield and brownfield developments / operations. Operating and life of field strategies can be developed with the client. PAPIS do this in close coordination with the operator's own economists, subsurface and drilling groups. PAPIS's independence means that there is no driver to produce anything other than a minimum facilities design driven only by the optimal return on investment. As well as assuring complete confidentiality this independence also means PAPIS is in an ideal position to support commercial negotiation should this be required.

From feasibility studies to project management. PAPIS typically prepare the project functional requirements defining all the key performance and operational criteria/ outcomes for the development. PAPIS will then prepare key project documentation such as:

• Operating and design philosophies
• Heat & mass balance
• Process simulations
• Equipment list
• PFD's, P&ID's
• Process data sheets
• Cause & effect diagrams
• Hazardous area drawings

Optimising the production on an asset takes in many components to make the whole process successful. PAPIS can provide support across the whole spectrum of activities from identifying the areas where losses are most damaging, through to troubleshooting production problems, reviewing flow assurance and removing bottlenecks.
